General Terms and Conditions of Use
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the listed concepts are used with the following meaning: Client is any physical or legal entity that uses the services of the Blink online store, owned by Optisimo EOOD with VAT: 204903598.
The Services are:
PROVIDING ACCESS Access provided through a web browser to the information on this website. Creating and personalizing an account through registration, which enables placing an order. Purchasing a product from the website or fulfilling an individual order under specific conditions, including manufacturing based on individually provided parameters and values.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT An Account is a section/page of the website used exclusively by a registered user. When using the account service, the user has the right to change their personal data and information. The personal data entered and the changes made to it must not impede contact with Blink employees or make the conditions for fulfilling an order impossible. Any client may request the deactivation of their account at any time if they deem it necessary or for their own reasons.
ORDER IN THE ONLINE STORE When placing an order online, the client expresses a desire to receive a specific product or service from Iris Optika against payment. When purchasing a specific product or service based on individually provided parameters and values, Iris Optika has the right to require prepayment, while ensuring that this requirement is specified on the respective product page or another page of this website at the time the client places the order. When ordering prescription spectacles/contact lenses, it is the client's obligation to enter correct and accurate data for the diopter power and pupillary distance (P.D.) in cases where it is necessary.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS Iris Optika manufactures all spectacles with or without diopters, and computer glasses. This type of product falls into the group of goods manufactured according to an individual order. According to the Consumer Protection Act, Art. 57, Paragraph 3, this type of product is not subject to return. However, Iris Optika will fully refund the amount for the frame, with the value of the already manufactured optical lenses being deducted from the total amount of the spectacles. In this regard, upon receipt of a shipment containing a product manufactured according to an individual order, the "view and test" option is not provided.
NEWSLETTER When using the "News" service, the user has the option to subscribe and unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time. Receiving the informational newsletter after subscribing to the service is not treated as an unwanted commercial communication. The email provided upon subscription is not shared with third parties in any form.
Blink reserves the right to decide whether to grant a registration profile to a user, to remove or restrict user profiles that it deems unacceptable at its discretion, or in case of violation of the general terms and conditions of use.
Blink collects and processes users' personal information solely for the purpose of correctly fulfilling a placed online order. If incorrect contact data or a delivery address is provided, Iris Optika is not committed to fulfilling the order. Iris Optika reserves the right to make changes to these general terms and conditions of use, and shall promptly inform its users of the changes made.
By accepting these general terms and conditions of use, the user agrees that their personal information may be used for placing an online order, contacting Blink employees, or using the "News" service.
